Dr. Jordan has more than
15 years of experience helping people lose weight, reduce their dependency on pharmaceuticals, sleep better, eat better and
feel better. She has a genuine concern for those who live in bondage to poor health and seeks to liberate them through life
style changes that lead to healthy living. To do this, Dr Jordan provides individual and family lifestyle
consultations. These include pantry do-overs, home menu rework, dietary changes, sleep hygiene instruction, stress management,
and motivation therapy. Dr. Jordan is known for her food demonstrations and healthy taste tests. Dr. Jordan has completed extensive research in
the area of disease prevention. Her research also includes studies on the impact of nutrition on cancer and recurrence prevention.
She is the author of books entitled: Now You Can Start Living and Start Living Recipes, Congratulations
and Got Cancer? She has published articles in various publications including chapter 6--Nutrition
and Physical activity--of the 2011 Maryland State Cancer Plan.  |
