Universal Healing Services was founded by Ian Noel in September 1994 and was originally located at 1643 Monroe
Street and after seven years moved to its current location at 208 South Pulaski Street Baltimore, Maryland 21223. The
vision was and continues to remain to: (a) provide holistic medical services at an affordable rate to lower and
middle income families who had difficulty obtaining quality medical services, and (b) educate the public about alternative
health choices that were safe, gentle and effective.
Over the years Universal Healing Services has grown to become one of Baltimore's leaders in holistic care and although
its organizational structure has changed from a sole proprietorship to a Limited Liability Corporation, its vision remains
the same always giving quality care with Natural Medicine that is affordable, thorough, effective and always within a warm,
friendly setting.
